2. The service
Uncovero provides community intelligence reports compiled from publicly available open data sources. The service includes:
- Free community overview pages available without an account.
- Full Community Reports available for purchase by registered users.
- Community Comparison reports available for purchase by registered users.
3. Accounts
A free account is required to purchase reports. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating your account.
4. Purchases and payment
All prices are in Canadian dollars and inclusive of applicable taxes where required. Payment is processed securely by Stripe. By completing a purchase you agree to pay the stated price.
Upon successful payment, you will receive access to your purchased report via your account. Full Community Reports are available for download indefinitely from your account. Reports may be removed after approximately two years as the data becomes outdated.
The 24-hour unlimited comparison access period begins at the time of purchase.
5. No refunds
All purchases are final. We do not offer refunds once a report has been generated and made available for download. If you experience a technical issue that prevents access to your report, please contact us at [email protected] and we will work to resolve it.
6. Nature of the data
All reports are snapshots of publicly available data sourced from municipal open data portals and other third-party sources at the time of generation. Reports reflect conditions at the time of production and are not updated after purchase.
Uncovero does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or currency of any data presented. Rankings, statistics, and comparisons are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute professional advice of any kind, including but not limited to real estate, legal, financial, or safety advice.
The presence of higher or lower figures relative to city medians or rankings does not constitute a recommendation, endorsement, or adverse finding regarding any community.
7. Intellectual property
The Uncovero platform, including its design, software, and compilation of data, is owned by Chaparral Wireless Ltd. Reports purchased by users are licensed for personal use only and may not be resold, redistributed, or published without our written consent. Underlying data remains the property of its respective source organisations.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Chaparral Wireless Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service or reliance on any data contained in a report. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the report in question.
