Uncovero is operated by Chaparral Wireless Ltd., a corporation registered in Alberta, Canada. In this policy, "we", "us" and "our" refer to Chaparral Wireless Ltd. doing business as Uncovero.
What information we collect
- Account information: Your name and email address when you create an account.
- Payment information: Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your card number, expiry date, or CVV. Stripe provides us with a transaction reference and your email address for purchase confirmation only.
- Purchase history: We store a record of your purchases to allow you to access your reports.
- Usage data: Basic server logs including IP address and browser type for security and diagnostic purposes. We do not use advertising trackers or third-party analytics.
How we use your information

- To process your purchase and provide access to your reports.

- To maintain the security and performance of our service.
We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not use your information for advertising purposes.
Data storage and security
Your data is stored on servers located in Canada and the United States. We use industry-standard security practices including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and secure password storage. Your generated reports are stored in encrypted cloud object storage.
Data retention
We retain your account information and purchase history for as long as your account is active. Generated reports are retained for approximately two years from the date of purchase, after which they may be deleted. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting [email protected].
Cookies
We use a session cookie to keep you signed in to your account. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking cookies.
