How do I access my report after purchase?
Sign in and visit My Reports. Your report is available to download any time.
How long does it take to generate a report?
Reports are generated by pulling data from multiple municipal open data sources. This typically takes 15 to 60 seconds. If your download appears to be taking longer, please wait a moment and try again.
How current is the data in my report?
Each report is a snapshot of publicly available data at the time of generation. Crime data is typically available to the end of the previous calendar year. Property assessments reflect the most recent published values. The report cover page shows the date of generation.
Can I get a refund?
All purchases are final. If you have a concern about your purchase, please contact us at [email protected] and we will do our best to help.
Is my payment information stored?
No. All payments are processed securely by Stripe. Uncovero does not store your card details at any point.
What cities are currently available?
Uncovero currently covers Calgary and Edmonton, Alberta. Additional cities will be added over time.

Uncovero is not affiliated with any of these organisations. Data accuracy is subject to the quality and currency of source datasets.
